1. Mechanical size

In fact, this noise may not come from the product itself, but from various sources, such as resonance caused by high speed, resonance from direct rigid fit of gearbox and mechanical equipment, or dragging noise from eccentric load.

(2) In addition, the choice of the product itself requires strong technical support. For example, plastic gears usually produce less noise than metal gears, helical gears usually produce less noise than spur gears, and planetary gearboxes usually produce more noise than metal turbine worm structures. Of course, noise can be successfully reduced by optimizing the design and ensuring machining accuracy.
